Newly refurbished, the property is furnished in a contemporary style. Located just 65 meters from the harbour wall (with steps leading down to a sandy beach)  where there are stunning views over the Glaslyn estuary. It has easy access to the village bistro, cafe and playground.

 

From the corner of the bay, the coastal footpath provides access to the beautiful sandy coves and dog friendly beaches.

The world famous Ffestiniog steam railway station at Porthmadog is just 15 minute walk away from the property, passing by the old quay.

Portmeirion is tucked away just around the headland for relaxing days strolling through the village and gardens. Porthmadog caters well for the holiday maker, with a variety of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants & museums.

The mountains of Snowdonia are only 3 miles away with Mount Snowdon and Beddgelert 7 miles away. The castles at Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon are all within 30 mins drive.

For thrills and spills Zip World is close by with their Fforest Coaster, Bounce Below and Velocity zip wire.

This is an excellent central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen diner, including fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and microwave. 

The comfortable lounge, with large screen  smart TV, leads through to the conservatory with views overlooking the private village green.

Free WiFi is provided and a well-behaved pet is welcome. There is off street parking outside the property for two vehicles and further on street parking if required.
